REVENUE
Create significant opportunities for revenue generation through creative and well-executed efforts in both traditional and innovative programs, leveraging our investments and technology transfer expertise to grow our support to the University community.
FINANCIAL PLANNING
Structure a financial roadmap that ensures sustainability, increases transparency and allows WARF to be responsive to opportunities.
OUR KEY ACTIVITIES SUPPORTING OUR PRIORITIES INCLUDE:
Startups – Focus resources, including staff and dedicated funds, to more precisely support startup ventures that provide alternative routes to technology commercialization and added investment revenues.
Human Therapeutics Initiative – Advance human therapeutic discoveries with the aim of moving them closer to human clinical studies.
Accelerator Program – Help inventions representing promising markets achieve developmental milestones through funding and expert advice that advance these technologies to the marketplace.
Investments – Continue WARF’s exceptional investment efforts to grow the WARF endowment and our support to UW–Madison.
Licensing – Improve technologies’ value proposition and heighten the likelihood of commercialization.
