We are temporarily suspending new Town Center space application requests due to staffing constraints. If you would like to reserve a conference room (for up to 14 people) in the Town Center, you may do so by contacting Becky Balistreri directly Monday-Thursday at [email protected]. For all other space requests, you may add your name and event date and details to this wait list. When we resume application processing, we will process applications from the waitlist in the order in which they were received.

The first floor features a large atrium divided into four open court spaces that can be reserved individually or as a group. The space is suitable for large expositions, receptions and poster sessions.

  • Features abundant natural light and versatile setup options with comfortable couches and chairs available for casual seating
  • Available as part of a larger event or as a standalone reception site

Open Court-Main

ACCOMMODATES 250 PEOPLE

This is the premier and largest atrium space with ample room for a buffet, bar or displays. It accommodates up to 250 people and is ideal for banquets, receptions, poster presentations or exhibitions. It is often reserved in conjunction with the forum as a reception space.

Amenities

  • Large atrium space with ample space for a reception or poster session
  • Often rented with the forum for larger events and conferences
  • Large windows offer natural lighting
  • Cocktail tables or posterboards are available for rental to complement your event
  • Limited AV services are available for this space as well

Included in Space Fee:

  • Space comes as is and includes soft seating furniture of couches, chairs and coffee tables; furniture may be reconfigured for an additional fee
  • Space on the south side of the building between the live ficus trees
  • Stanchioned off, designated space for your event

Open Court-Central

ACCOMMODATES 100 PEOPLE

This area is adjacent to the forum as well as the main building entrance and is commonly used for banquets, event registration, coffee breaks or smaller gatherings.

Amenities

  • Medium-sized atrium space located near the welcome desk used for event registration, coffee break space or smaller gatherings
  • Extra furniture and AV rental are available for an additional fee

Included in Space Fee:

  • Space comes as is and includes 6 round tables with 4 chairs each
  • Stanchioned off, designated space for your event
  • Event signage
  • Event and AV personnel to help you get started at the beginning of your event and on-call support during your event

Open Court-West

ACCOMMODATES 50 PEOPLE

This open space includes live ficus trees and is fully customizable. It accommodates up to 50 people and is ideal for smaller receptions or exhibitions.

  • This space is a quaint smaller section of the atrium with live ficus trees
  • Open space fully customizable to your needs
  • Can be used alone or in conjunction other atrium spaces
  • Furniture and AV rental are available for an additional fee
  • Please note there is no power available in this space

Open Court-East

ACCOMMODATES 125 PEOPLE

This open area includes ample natural light and is well-suited for smaller receptions, banquets or exhibitions. It accommodates up to 125 people.

  • This atrium space is located near Steenbock’s on Orchard and features live ficus trees
  • Open space fully customizable to your needs
  • Can be used alone or in conjunction other atrium spaces
  • Furniture and AV rental are available for an additional fee
  • Please note there are limited power outlets available in this space
