The Invention
UW-Madison researchers have developed an AI-based method for designing humanized CAR sequences. Using this method, they developed two novel humanized CD19 sequences that can be used for production of CAR T cell therapies against various B cell lymphomas and leukemias. This CD19 CAR T cell will be tested in tumor models for efficacy.
