Responsibilities: Manages recruitment and selection activities. Communicates and interprets policies and procedures. Assists with employee relations. Conducts new hire orientations. Assists with payroll processing and recordkeeping. Establishes effective business relationships with staff, hiring managers and outside staffing agencies.
