Credentials: BBA Human Resources Management and Finance (UW–Madison); MBA (UW–Madison); general human resource and consulting experience in both private and public industry related to compensation, recruitment, performance management and benefits.
Responsibilities: Oversees the human resources department, directs HR programs/policies, and administers the processes/programs in areas including employee relations recruitment, diversity, employee development, compensation and benefits; advises and coaches senior management on best practices and recommends human resources programs and initiatives to the organization.
