Position: Facilities Administrative Coordinator
Credentials: More than 15 years administrative and customer service experience.
Responsibilities: Supports the facilities team and general operations at the Discovery Building by maintaining files and records, coordinating agreements and vendors, processing work orders and assisting with building occupant requests. Provides front-line Discovery Building trouble call support. Communicates and interacts with UW-Madison, WARF and affiliate staff and supply vendors.
