WARF: P230173US02

Inventors: Aaron LeBeau, Joseph Gallant

The Invention

UW-Madison researchers have developed a camelid antibody domain that binds human fibroblast activation protein (FAP) with low nanomolar affinity. FAP is expressed in 90% of all solid tumors making it an attractive target for imaging or delivering drugs to tumors.
