The Invention
UW-Madison researchers have developed a unique inherent autofluorescent image-based classifiers neutrophil activation. The specific autofluorescence signatures are used to identify neutrophil activation with 92% accuracy. This allows for label-free sensing of neutrophil activation for CAR neutrophil production, and for immune reactivity studies.
