The Invention
A UW-Madison researcher has developed an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line, called cy0928, from fibroblast cells from a female Cynomolgus Macaque that’s homozygous for the M6 MHC haplotype. The cy0928 cell line has been characterized regarding pluripotent gene expression, morphology, karyotyping, and teratoma formation.
