Cynomolgus Macaque Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC) Line: Line CY0682
WARF: P260415US01

Inventors: John Maufort

The Invention

A UW-Madison researcher has developed an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line, called cy0682, from fibroblast cells from a male Cynomolgus Macaque that’s homozygous for the M1 MHC haplotype. The cy0682 cell line has been characterized regarding pluripotent gene expression, morphology, karyotyping, and teratoma formation.
